As a senior NetDexterity program manager, Phyllis Wharton has a unique blend of project management, product management, business process reengineering consulting, and enterprise information management skills.

She brings a breadth of experience in multiple verticals, with a particular emphasis on portal solutions.  Most recently, she has worked on Electronic Medical Record implementation in community health, hospital access to seniors’ drug history for emergency room clinicians, and ongoing quality improvement projects in chronic disease management.

Her consulting has centred on delivering sustainable value to the public and not-for-profit sectors in Canada and the U.S., managing large-scale implementations at all levels of government, in the academic world, and for major health care organizations.
